Preparing wills, trusts, power of attorney, health care surrogate, advance directives (living wills), probate administration (summary administration, formal administration), real estate partitions (when some family members want to sell the property but not all parties agree), guardianship (when someone is incapacitated and does not have a durable power of attorney).

Real Property litigation including (but not limited to) the following: judgment quieting title (needed when client purchases tax deed and foreclosure properties or liens on property), mechanics lien foreclosures for contractors, foreclosure defense, etc.

Title Closing services including (but not limited to) the following: Title search examination, coordinating and facilitating closings. Seller and Buyer Legal Representation at Closing.

Representing entertainers by reviewing, negotiating and preparing contracts.
Music Artists: Assisting Music Artists with reviewing and negotiating record label contracts, celebrity endorsement / branding contracts, copyright registrations, publishing (BMI, ASCAP), Luminate SoundScan registration (formerly Nielsen SoundScan), cease-and-desist letters, and copyright infringement, trademark registrations, etc.
Independent Labels: reviewing and negotiating contracts from Major Labels, preparing independent record label contracts, work for hire contracts, producer contracts, etc.
Athletes: Representing Amateur Athletes (High School Athletes / Minors, NCAA), Navigating NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness).
Actors: Reviewing and negotiating television and movie contracts.
Social Media Influencers: register as a business either as an LLC, Corporation, or Partnership, trademark registrations, reviewing and negotiating endorsement / branding contracts, reviewing and negotiating any television, movie, record label contracts that stems from large social media following.
